Cake is one of my favorite things to eat (with ice cream, of course). I once worked in a bakery. They didn't trust me to frost the cakes, but sometimes I had to put the "Happy Birthday Bobby" writing on them. Torture! Did not like that. Much rather eat cake. Then there was the time my son wanted a warm, gooey cake brought to school like his classmate had. Hmmm. OK. How hard could that be? So I made the cake, let it cool a little, then did the frosting. BAD idea. Chocolate cake - white frosting. Ugliest cake ever. The kids thought it was funny though, and ate every crumb. Very nice, Dr V!
