On the fifth day of Petmas my puppy gave to me:
FIVE GROOOOODY RIIIIIIINGS!
(The idea of bully rings seemed pretty good until they arrived, and I had to open the bag. Man, those rings reeked to high heaven! But Brody was sure happy to get one after the shoot. There’s no accounting for taste.)
So Cute , How did you get the Brodester to sit still and not snarf down the 5 pcs of smelly , chewy goodness.
I see the cat is also lurking in the background ….intently eyeballing the goods LOL. You are so talented ..
I was amazed at how good he was being! I thought that picture would never happen.
Yes, Apollo must think they smell pretty yummy too! 🙂
He was an added bonus!
I hear ya on the unexpectedly disgusting smelling treats. I got Missy these chicken strip chew things from Petsmart once. They looked like beef jerky. I opened the bag and they were greasy and smelled like a cowpie. I read the back of the bag and it said ‘made in china’ so I promptly threw it in the garbage.
Oh yuck!!
Brody’s face is totally saying “Now? Now? I can have them now? PLEASE?!”
Alternative caption for the photo: Apollo’s in yer photo.. gonna steal yer stinky rings..
Apollo was a man on a mission! lol
I just love how the cat is sneaking around the back staring at them too!
And what a good boy he is, just sitting here waiting for the word to go snarf them all up!! Too cute!!
I was shooing him away at first before realizing it made the picture even funnier.
That Brody’s face is just over the top! He’s being such a good boy waiting for the “go” on those yummies. Totally missed that cat! C-ute!
He was so patient! I was really impressed.
Apollos looks like he is playing “Eye Spy” ” I spy with my little eyes something that begins with TREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!OMG!!!!
” If I could just distract the huge canine furball for a second ” ” I must remain stealth ”
Fa ..la ..la..la …la …. la …la ..la ….la 🙂
I love how INTENT he looks in these photos. Hysterical.
he is getting SO big! what a (relatively) well-behaved baby (while the camera is on him)!
“relatively” being the key word here. 😀
