Since we’re all singing along to the 12 Days anyway, here’s an alternate version.
On the 16th of December, my clients came to me:
10 toenails too long
corneal ulcer perfing
Demodex infection
fiiiive days off food!
lameness of the foot
yeasty ears
scooting itchy butt
And they all wanted treatment for free!
To balance it out, I had the pleasure of seeing one of my favorite clients for the first time since we cried in the back room together over his beloved dog who had been hit by a car. He was in with two adorable and mischievous puppies who were, very clearly, his pride and joy. The healing power of pets continues to astound me.
That. Is. Hilarious. And so true! you just made me giggle during another slow overnight. Thanks Jessica!
Fantastic! I’m going to be putting all my obnoxious clients to music today…
A client argued with me yesterday that since the rabies vaccine is required by law it should be free.
Tell her so are driver’s licenses and car registrations… when’s the last time you got those for free 😉
Sheesh! That’s like telling the guy at the smog inspection station he should be doing it for free!
Haha!! I’m SO showing this to my hubby.
LOL “scooty ichy butt” the whole this is hilarious . Thank goodness thosugh there are no pictures attached LOLOLOL
I’m with pikachu — the “scooty itchy butt” is the one that finally made me laugh out loud here at work! I never knew that was the medical name for it!!! 🙂
Oh man, “scooty itchy butt” is the best. And YAY PUPPIES!
As an aside, one of my friends (professional dog trainer) made a Facebook post on how terrible X Dog Food Brand was and how she can’t believes people feed it to their dogs, and many of her friends in the biz added their support. At top volume. I don’t know if they’re right or wrong, but boy, you weren’t joking about the whole feeding controversy. (I asked politely for further details; she’s said she’ll provide more info.)
Puppies are like magic! They have healing powers.
